This is the official Rho Phi application page per A000-000-604. Rho Phi is currently accepting new applicants; the current application window is set to close tentatively on March 31st, 2026. Please fill out the form at the bottom of this page only once to begin evalution for Membership at Rho Phi. Do not submit this form more than once; repeated submissions will be penalized in evaluation. If you wish to make modifications or clarifications on your submission, or let your evaluators know about special circumstances or additional documentation then please call, text, or email Rho Phi using the information provided on the Contact Page.
Membership Process
- 1. Submit the form at the bottom of this page.
- 2. Wait three (3) business days for a sponsoring Member to be assigned.
- 3. Wait one (1) to five (5) business days for your sponsoring Member to complete your evaluation.
- 4. If selected, complete interview with your sponsoring Member digitally or in-person.
- 5. Wait until the next Quorum of Rho Phi for your sponsoring member to advocate for your Membership.
- 6. If ratified, wait three (3) to five (5) business days for the relevant Secretary to issue your Writ of Appointment to signify official Membership at Rho Phi.
Rho Phi Membership Requirements
The Compendium of Merits is used to determine eligibility for Rho Phi applicants; the current threshold for Membership elegibility is at least one (1) merit achieved in at least three (3) categories.

The following form asks for Personally Identifiable Information (PII). This information should not be disclosed without consideration. Our standards for sensitive data handling are stated in our Privacy Policy, which you should review before entering any information into this form. If you choose to complete this application, you should submit (1) information that is explicitly asked for in placeholder text, (2) information that is listed as a Merit in the Compendium of Merits (above), and (3) information that you want to disclose to Rho Phi in aid of your evaluation. You should not submit (1) your Social Security Number (SSN), (2) your home address, (3) your date of birth, (4) your government ID, or (5) information that you are not comfortable with an officer of Rho Phi using for your evaluation. Any applications containing this information unredacted will be immediately deleted without evaluation. Information you submit may be viewed by an elected Secretary of Rho Phi, an elected Deputy of Rho Phi with responsibilities in recruitment, branding, or digital properties, or members of the committee appointed under A000-000-604.
