This is the official Rho Phi application page of Rho Phi. Rho Phi is currently accepting new applicants; the current application window is set to close on November 2nd, 2026. Please fill out the form at the bottom of this page to begin evalution for Membership at Rho Phi. Do not submit this form more than once. If you wish to modify your submission then please call, text, or email Rho Phi using the information provided on the Contact Page.

Membership Process

  • 1. Submit the form at the bottom of this page.

  • 2. Wait three (3) business days for a Rho Phi Member to be assigned to sponsor you.

  • 3. Wait one (1) to five (5) additional business days for your sponsoring Member to evaluate and notify you of a decision.

  • 4. If selected, complete an interview with your sponsoring Member digitally or in-person.

  • 5. After interviewing your sponsoring member will advocate for your Membership during a Quorum.

  • 6. If ratified, the relevant Secretary to issue your Writ of Appointment to signify official Membership at Rho Phi.

Rho Phi Membership Requirements

The Compendium of Merits is used to determine eligibility for Rho Phi applicants; the current threshold for Membership elegibility is at least one (1) merit achieved in at least three (3) categories. See the Compendium of Merits.

The following form asks for Personally Identifiable Information (PII). This information should not be disclosed without consideration. Our practices for data handling are stated in our Privacy Policy, which you should review before entering any information into this form. During this application, you should submit (1) information that is explicitly asked for in placeholder text, (2) information that is listed as a Merit in the Compendium of Merits, and (3) information that you wish to disclose to Rho Phi in aid of your evaluation. You should not submit (1) your Social Security Number (SSN), (2) your home address, (3) your date of birth, (4) your government ID, or (5) information that you are not comfortable with an officer of Rho Phi using for your evaluation. Any applications containing this information will be immediately deleted without evaluation. Information you submit may be viewed by an elected Secretary of Rho Phi, an elected Deputy of Rho Phi with responsibilities in recruitment or digital properties, or Members of Committee C000-000-602.
