ESTABLISHMENT PROTOCOL

That for the limited purpose of establishing or maintaining a body with membership constraints, this Charter may be invoked by ratification of the relevant regional body, whereby:

  1. That any Member which is tendered during a Quorum shall be immediately tendered to that Quorum and that prerequisites to office or status excepting ratification of appointment may be deferred and rereviewed after the rest of this Protocol;
  2. That the structure of governance may be condensed to a Triumvirate, whereby all operating offices may be filled as (1) the Chair, which shall cohabitate the role of General; (2) the Secretary, which shall cohabitate the role of the Treasurer; and (3) the Chaplain;
  3. That at the ratified solicitation of the relevant body, a contingent of Lieutenants may be granted such to enable the establishment of the body at cost of the soliciting body;
  4. That at the ratified solicitation of the relevant body and by sustained ratification within the Grand Commission only, a temporary dues reduction at cost of the soliciting body may be granted to all new members recruited by the fledgling body;
  5. That any member or non-member materially contributing to the establishment of a body under this Protocol may be nominated for Fellowship at the discretion of the relevant bodies;
  6. That the rigorous duty of the Secretary and or the structure of Quorum may lapse to informality only in matters not pecuniarily concerned given adherence to ethical and ratification standards;
  7. That that tendered to the Corpus of Rho Phi may automatically tendered to the Canon in the case that it does not concern the assets of Rho Phi;
  8. That these provisions may be revoked at a minimum membership of ten persons exclusive to the establishing body if the established body ratifies it or shall be immediately revoked at the end of the Quorum in which membership surpasses five and twenty persons;
